Cant find System.Web.Mvc etc. when running sample

That means that sp1 is required for this if running from within VS, right?

The System.Web.Mvc DLL is located within the /bin directory (check to make sure that was extracted for you). You're the first who's mentioned this problem. Did you open the sample up in VS and compile, or just copy to IIS and run?

I checked the sample out from SVN. Opened it up in VS, removed the reference to Global.Assembly.cs and tried to build.

I was able to copy System.Web.Mvc from the sample zip file, so that error went away.

But now it cannot find System.Web.Routing and System.Web.Abstractions - those I believe are sp1 right?

The SVN source should reference the MVC DLLs from the 3rdParty/Mvc directory, which is weird. And yes, those 2 other DLLs were distributed in SP1. Is there a problem upgrading to SP1?

>upgrading to sp1

Just have to get permission from management ;-)

Thanks for the info!
